If you purchase a service, the signed Client Services Agreement and Statement of Work govern that engagement. If there is a conflict, those signed service documents take priority for the engagement.

Information and panel profiles

Website content introduces Blue Jacket, its advisory panel and possible services. It is general information, not individualized business, legal, tax, financial, medical or psychological advice.

Panelists may be independent specialists. They are not automatically employees, agents or authorized representatives of one another. A profile does not promise availability, a specific result or that a specialist will take on a particular engagement. Scope, delivery lead, timing and fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Personal Coaching is a separate offering. Coaching information on this site is not therapy, diagnosis, clinical care or crisis support.

No guaranteed results

Business results depend on client decisions, market conditions, implementation and other factors outside Blue Jacket’s control. We do not guarantee revenue growth, savings, investment returns, rankings, approvals, customer response, event attendance, media coverage, property outcomes or any other result.

No adviser-client or service relationship begins solely because someone reads this website, submits an inquiry or has an introductory conversation.

Website content and permitted use

Unless a page identifies another owner, website text, layout, graphics and Blue Jacket marks belong to or are licensed to the website operator. You may view the site and share links for ordinary personal or business reference.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape or commercially use site content or marks without prior written permission. You may not impersonate another person or remove rights notices. Third-party names, marks and links remain with their respective owners.

Inquiries and contact permission

The inquiry form is currently a local interface and does not transmit or store submissions. When an email or storage service is connected, the form and linked privacy information must explain how submitted details will be used, who may receive them and how to ask questions or exercise applicable rights.

Permission to respond to a service inquiry is separate from consent to receive newsletters or promotional updates. Any marketing consent must be separate, optional and unchecked by default. Asking about a service does not subscribe you to email, WhatsApp or other marketing.

Please do not send health, coaching, domestic-violence, financial-account or other sensitive personal details through a general business inquiry. Use a separately confirmed, appropriately protected intake route only when such details are necessary. Do not use this website or inquiry route for emergencies or crisis support.
